yesterday after pressure from member states whose customs services are flooded with 4.6 billion imported goods a year that go directly to people&#8217;s homes, the paper said.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The draft decision did not specify the level of the fee, but the newspaper, citing people familiar with the Commission&#8217;s thinking, reported that it would be around two euros ($2.25) <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"909\" height=\"682\"
